Terms of Use

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Switch Focus app and this website. Switch Focus is made by Haris Skeledzija, an individual developer in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("I", "me"). By downloading or using Switch Focus, you agree to them.

Free trial

You can use every feature of Switch Focus free for 14 days on each computer. After that, it stops switching focus until you add a license key.

Buying a license

A license costs a one-time payment (currently $19 USD; tax may be added at checkout). Orders are processed by Polar, the merchant of record, and Polar's terms apply to the payment itself. Your license key is sent to the email you use at checkout.

What a license lets you do

Please don't share or resell your key, publish it, or try to get around the trial or license checks. I may deactivate keys that are clearly being shared or abused.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying, no questions asked. See the refund policy. A refunded key stops working.

Updates and support

I fix bugs and release updates, and I answer email at hello@switchfocus.app, but I can't promise specific features, platforms or release dates.

No warranty

Switch Focus is provided "as is". It estimates where you're looking from a webcam, which won't be right every time, and it moves keyboard focus and the mouse between windows. Don't rely on it where a wrong switch could cause harm. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law in your own country gives you.

Changes

If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top. The terms in place when you bought your license still apply to that purchase.

These pages are written in plain language so they're easy to read. Questions about any of it: hello@switchfocus.app.
